Dispute Resolution

Because this method of dispute resolution is personal, individual and provides the exclusive method for resolving such disputes, you further agree, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, to waive any right you may have to commence or participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration against Elementary Studies, LLC or Affiliated Parties related to any Claim.
