We understand that things don’t always go as planned, so we offer refunds in limited circumstances. If you haven’t downloaded or digitally accessed the resource, or if you accidentally purchased the same resource twice, you are eligible for a refund.

Make sure to include the order number, purchase date, resource name, and your specific concerns.
